Experience tells us that companies will usually use certain vendors for hardware and software purchasing. this may mean Dell for client hardware such as desktops, laptops and tablets. Usually (though not always) the same vendor for server and infrastructure hardware and then a third for switching and backup solutions. Software tends to take care of itself. Most will use Microsoft and then choose backup and security solutions from vendors such as Sophos, Watchguard, Juniper and so on.

All of this means that you shouldn't need to wade through pages and pages of products and solutions that you are never going to use. We setup your Kronos Portal to list only the vendors you use, the hardware you purchase and software you deploy. Why list every product Microsoft do, when you won't ever need licenses for Visio, but do need office and project on a regular basis.

Your Kronos portal is up to date within 24 hours of you making any changes, whilst we update it with product updates from vendors.

Manage invoices and order history within your Kronos portal. Accounts need an invoice. They email IT. IT email someone else. They email their accounts department.

Repeat process the other way and 3 days later you get your invoice to match up to your PO. All taken care of within your portal.
